Refund & cancellation policy

Try the free demo tests before buying — they use the same interface and question standards as premium tests.

When you can get a refund

• Within 7 days of purchase, if you have started no more than one premium test from that plan.
• Duplicate payments for the same plan made by mistake — refunded in full.
• Technical failure on our side that stopped you using what you paid for, which we could not fix.

When refunds are not available

• After 7 days from purchase, or after starting more than one premium test from the plan.
• Disagreement with the official exam pattern or results of an official exam.

How to request

Email pradeepk15502@gmail.com from your registered address with your receipt number (shown in Purchase history). Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to credit them. Access to the refunded plan ends when the refund is processed.

Cancellation

Plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel. Access simply ends on its expiry date.
