Privacy policy

MockMaster is operated by the operator of this website. This policy explains what we collect and why, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Account data: name, email address, an optional phone number and your language preference.
Test data: the answers you select, time spent per question, scores and analysis.
Payment data: order amount, status and Razorpay reference IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach our servers.
Technical data: IP address (used briefly for rate-limiting and abuse prevention) and server logs.

Why we use it

To run your account, deliver tests and show your results.
To process payments and grant access you have paid for.
To send essential emails: verification, password reset and purchase confirmations. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

Who processes it

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting), Razorpay (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Questions are prepared with help from Anthropic's Claude API; your personal data is never sent to it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and test data are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in Account settings. To access, correct or erase your data, or to withdraw consent, email pradeepk15502@gmail.com from your registered address. We respond within 7 days.
